Resort Refund Policy

All reservations require a deposit.
No refunds for early departures.
Because of great demands for the rental units (i.e. Camping Condos, Villa and Casa Villas) deposits are non-refundable for any reason.
NO REFUNDS FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS

Resort Cancellation Policy

All reservations have a $10.00 fee.
If cancellation occurs less then (7) days prior to arrival, desposit is not refundable.
Rain checks are available for another visit within one (1) year with no added charge instead of cancelling.
